false pregnacy?

is there such a thing? my gyp came out of heat a few weeks ago and today i noticed that it looks like shes starting to make milk. now i didnt have her breed cause im not ready for that and she isnt finished out yet so i was waiting till next time around. as far as i know she didnt get with any male dogs. i really hope not cause i dont want any pups now, besides that if somehow she did i have no clue who the daddy is. think im gonna take her to the vet to get check out.

Had a female do it to me but I was tryin to get her bred actually have seen couple do it not sure what why or how but they milk then it kinda turns a yellowish color and dries up at least that's what mine did
