allen or todd rule question

wats the rule on spectators during an rqe? i know it use to be they had to be listed a back up handler an go to the tree but i was told it has changed an a master of hounds tried to find it in the rule book an said it was unclear so allan or todd wat is the real ruling got a rqe coming up an wanna make sure im clear

Regular spectator rules apply in RQE's.
