Tracking systems

What is the best tracking system out there? I use my dads and he has the old quick track system but im looking into buying my own.

IF I WAS YOU I WOULD STICK WITH THE QUICK TRACK.I HAVE A GARMIN MYSELF HAD ALOT OF PROBLEM'S WITH IT SENT A COLLAR BACK THAT WAS JUSTA LITTLE OVER A YEAR OLD MOTHER BOARD WAS SHOT ANTANNA WAS BROKE AND BATTERY WAS BAD COST 90 DOLLARS PLUS SHIPPING I STILL USE MY QUICK TRACK ALONG WITH GARMIN.ONLY GET AROUND 500 YARD'S FROM GARMIN THEN LOOSE CONECTION WITH DOG. Garmin by far, unless your in the mountains with a hard hunter, even still you rarely lose signal, but I don't like taking the chance.

P.S. Dont have your garmin on when using a marine band radio = replaced garmin.....
