Go to coonlights.com they sell three lights all for less than 80.00 and there great. Walt is a great guy to deal with as well.

Those are popular lights but imported from China..

True but even though most light builders do use imported items to assemble their product, I rather sell something that a fellow hunter made. I have nothing against those little lights and sell many of them but they are a imported item.

If I can save enough cash to buy several tanks of gas that's a no brainer. I believe in buying local but when the locals are jacking the price to bulge their pockets fast and drain mine fast, yeah ill take my business elsewhere.

Sunspots are good lights. But how do you figure $215.00 is a good affordable light for a young hunter. Its just not good economics. I'll never understand the desires of American people all gotta have the biggest and most expensive in everything.

i hunted with a 6v nite light for years. i started with a 4v wheat light. i like the laser torch. you can get a torch II for 165 and get a good light that will last you many many many hunts. and it not a cheap lite. i love mine.

I bought a Crystal light made by Ken St. John for a back up, and now I use it everynight. I got the CS-6 made for a cap light, at around $120, with a 6 month warrenty, it's pretty hard to beat.

you could either get a cheap junky light that wont last a long time or get one that will last long long time. if i were you i would buy a blazer light. best one out there. spend some extra money but its worth it!

Welcome To Sunspot Hunting Lights

I would like to introduce to you the Sunspot cap light.

It has a three LED head using Cree's brightest LED's at their maximum capacity.

It has a three position switch with a VERY bright high a useful medium and a good low. With a memory so when you turn it off it comes back on in the last position that it was being used in.

It has a larger spot than other cap lights. It will put light in a larger area so it makes shinning the tree easier for me. It also makes walking a lot easier.

Burn times are:

3 hours on high. (It's very bright)

7 hours on medium. (Very useful light as bright as most of them on high)

27 hours on low. (Great for shining and walking this is the mode that I use 98% of the time)

It's very nicely balanced. It feels comfortable on your head and does not fall off when looking straight up or down.

Sunspot Bumpcap $210 + $15 UPS Shipping

Sunspot Softcap $215 + $15 UPS Shipping

1 year parts warranty and a life time labor warranty.

30 day money back if returned in the shape that it was shipped to you in.

This light has been a project that I have put a LOT of time and thought into. It is very well put together with a clean and professional look. I have received comments in the range of that is very nice to Wow! There are a lot of really nice bright and dependable lights on the market in the range from $100 to $500. I tried to price this light in the lower range but its brightness and durable construction certainly puts it in the class of much more expensive lights.

All that I asked is that you give it a try and you will not be disappointed. I will give you the best customer service that can possible be given.
