pup has barked her mouth out ?
i have a female pup 5 months old...she barked so much in the kennel that she has lost her mouth....wil it come back?...is there anything i can give her to help heal? any suggestions are appreciated.

Some come back fully, some dont, Honey and a bark color should get her as close to normal as she will get.

my vet recommended prednisone to me. she said it may help the vocal chords heal before they become permanently damaged.
a good start would be to get a no bark collar. if you can't break her from needless kennel barking the steroids for her throat won't do much good. get her to quit the excessive barking and get you what derk said or a generic steroid.
If you dont have the money for bark collar cover the outside of her pen with a tarp so she can't see outside of it and ain't barking at everything that moves it's what I do hope it helps
Thanks for the advice from everyone
