I just caught a few steelhead and suckers iam wonderinng smoker temps and time any help

Try asking here smoked fish is real popular up here.

My Dad smoked a bunch of steelhead on a Brinkman smoker but I never paid any attention to how he did it. Still have the smoker but my Dad has passed. All I know is how to eat'em. .
