Is there some were they have all the rule changes thta was made in the last year?

If i'm not badly mistaken, all the changes that were made in the rules, are bold written in the book. I think its the same on the back of the scorecard too, but as i said, i might be mistaken.

If I'm not mistaken

All rule changes took effect Jan 2011, and there won't be any more until voted upon by the breed associations for 2013. Isn't it an every other year type of deal?

Change?? Rule changes used to be every two years. It is now changed to every three years. Hope this helps.
