Help Needed!!

Iam half owner of a hound and the other half owner will not respond to text or calls. I know for fact someone else has been or still is hunting the hound however I was informed yesterday that the other half owner told him he is 1/2's in on him and that his partner was hunting the hound. Well being my name is on the papers as being the other 1/2 owner I'm definitely not hunting him or have him in my possession.


What I have done:

tried contacting partner (did not work)

Contacted UKC about Papers (waiting on reply)

My question is what else can be done legally to resolve the issue?

1/2 owner

i myself wouls never partner up with nobody on a dog did that with a freind of mine when we were in the horse bussines things didnt work out real good i told him buy me out or i buy you out we still speak but not in panter ship on nothing thats what i would do either buy him out or tell him to buy you out hope things work out between yall

I texted him exactly what u just said. Basically to pay me my 1/2 or Ill pay him his 1/2 with a little extra other expenses since the hound has been at his place.

Guy\Gals I tried to lock this post but couldnt so please keep it clean. Not trying to bash, thro names in the mud etc.... just trying to get some ideas on what further actions to take.

Did you not even know this guy? Does he not live close to you? Id make sure with ukc he was still reg in my name first. If they got around that somehow. Id give him a visit

if you didnt check the papers where is says the dog could be sold with out both signature i say your not gonna get real far in this problem. good luck hope it works out for you.
