Best DC-30 Aftermarket Antenna

What are you guys using & where to get them, I have 4 of the DC-30 collars & would like some more range, & just looking for what is out there? I have heard of people getting 20 to 40% more range by changing to these aftermarket antenna's, anyone have any reccomendations?
