Garmin 220 Astro vs 320 Astro

I have a Garmin 220 Astro less than 6 months old. Is it worth the money to sell this one and buy a 320. If so what is the 220 worth?

How about the collars are the DC40's better it looks like on Ebay the DC30's are selling for more than the 40's

The resale of a 220 is low.

If it were me, I would keep it around for a spare or leave it on the dashboard. As long as you don't look at a 320, you will think the 220 is all you need.

For the umpteenth time: The 320 performs better using rechargable batteries. The 320 does use a little more juice because of the alarms. Go to Dollar General and purchase a pair of batteries and a charger for 10 bucks and an extra pair of batteries for 5. If your 320 is set for alkaline, the low battery alarm will go off at 40% and the alarms will disable. If it is set for rechargable the alarms will stay on until the batteries are gone. I have never went through a set in one night, but always carry a spare pair in my vest.

320 vs 220

I have one of both, the biggest difference is the orange color of the 320. Makes it a lot easer to find it when I drop it in the dark.

WE have both. I prefer the 220, sometimes simpler is better. JMO...

Tie a lanyard to it and the problem is solved.
