OPINIONS on Heavy Skuna River / Lipper Cross

I am looking to breed my S.R. Bark female to another Lipper / S.R. dog. After doing a lot of research and what not, I've decided it will be a good thing to make a fairly tight cross with her. I am looking at a couple of possibiities still, but I think Bear may be the best choice given the pedigree. Both are S.R. dogs with some Gomer and a few others.

Take a look at the peds below and offer your opinion on the cross as well as your interest (or possible interest) in a pup. She should come in a month or two.

You are asking in the wrong place. There is one fella that knows the Skuna River dogs better than anyone.

I would be calling Mr. Winston Aaron. From what I have been told by others who had the opportunity to talk to Mr. Aaron, they all walk away feeling like they know the walker breed more than they did at the start of the conversation.

In fact, UKC and Bloodlines editors, I would love to see an article in the next Treeing Walker issue about Mr. Aaron.

I like it myself . Good strong mix that should carry the traits that I look for in a hound. I would like to breed a female from the Bear cross back to LIPPER'S DR.LAW.

dropping lipper/dr.law back on top of that cross would keep it real,,
what a great couple cross's that would be,,

was good talking to you tom,
maybe try to talk again soon as figure best time when the cell phone towers arent overloaded.

We are leaning toward Skuna River Lipper's Repeat. After talking to Mr. Wimp Aron, Repeat seems to be the type of balanced coondog we are wanting to cross with within the S.R. line.
