if you gotta job you better stay where you are i know the area where my 2 grandsons live in virgina used to be a booming place think it went to pot
Its pot here to. No jobs. Plus to many yankees already moved here LOL...Just kidding!!! Well actually I aint. These that moved here are not from the country though. I went to Virgina once to hunt a dog. Pretty nice country where we went. Looked pretty much just like middle ga. Good and flat mostly with a few coon.

quote:Yea he said he was going hunting in 30 minutes over and hour ago but he's still here stirring it up LOL. I was visiting in western PA for a week last summer. I would go in the yard and chances are I would hear a dog treeing in some direction and it was cool enough to want to hunt. Pretty country too. I can't hunt here from April to October because of alligators. Well I could if i was hunting noaccounts thatI did not care if they got ate. plus I have lived here all my life and have places to hunt because of it. I you move here you better bring plenty of land rent money or hunt on GMA. If enough of ya'll move down here I am thinking of moving up there. LOL

BUDDY GO WHERE YOUR HEART WANT TO GO YOU ANY LIVE ONCE..GOOD LUCK.
quote:That's what I meant GMA, state game management areas, but that is where they put alot of the gators that are bad. they are way overloaded with them. A good many people will let you hunt when you get to know them but likelyhood is they can still get off on timbecompany land that is rented by Florida Deer hunters. Alot of them have been trained to think that if a deer hears a dog bark the deer will leave out from here and head to west virginny or PA i recon. I don't know what they think but since they got a spot rented they think they control all surrounding land as well. It's easiest to just join a local deer hunting club just to coonhunt.

quote:thanks for the heads up. we have some of that around here to,some around here think that if your dog finds a deer it will run it down and eat or something, haha. i will say mine has been know to run one from time to time but shes only just under two , we are getting that worked out though.lol
