jtd..................lol

I've hunted with, against, and for pleasure with old Droop and he is a coon dog from start to finish. Only thing I can pick on him about is he can get quiet on track when working a feeder track, but he'll explode on the tree when he finds it.

Weaker !!!!!! LOL maybe now that he is 10 or 11 years old, but never on any of the nights I've hunted with him. Fast on track and solid tree dog is what he is, maybe you should go hunt with him so you know what a coon dog is.

I can say this,,

a few years ago I spectated a cast he was in when he was in his prime,I don't remember exactly how many coons we seen, somewhere around 6-8 ,and he treed for quite a bit on some of them, weaker??,If that was weaker I couldn't imagine If he got more intense,,I hunt Redticks I ain't gonna say anything about him he don't deserve,,he was a coondog that night, that fell treed in a minute and treed like he was lookin it in the eye,,Mike and Jerry are good folks, they got the "Blue" thing going on,if Blue is your color that is a pretty good place to get some,,JMO

Robert, don't know who you are but how many times did you hunt with the III dog??? I'm sure he unimpressed his way to Grand Nite Champion in such a short time. I never hunted with the III dog, but have hunted this family line of dogs for the past 15 years, some have good nights and they also have bad nights, guess thats why they call them dogs. What is the mother of your dog, and how does your dog hunt?? Remember all dogs are not world champions, not all dogs a duds, and not all handlers are good trainers, and sometimes dogs make it despite their owners
