Up Date lifelong friend and coonhunter needs prayers

I would like everyone to pray for my long time friend Sam Matkins of Pedro Ohio who is battling cancer. Sam is known thru UKC and the TWBFA from 1960s thru the present. I remember heading home from coonhunting one night probably 25-30 years ago and running into this fellow just out the road from my Dads house. It was 2-3 in the morning and we talked coondogs for about an hour. And I had to be to work at 6:30A.M.

Sam seemed like a very nice man, I sure enjoyed that conversation, even if it was late.

Sam lost his home and eveything in it last night due to a house fire. He and his family escaped without injury but have nothing left the house and contents was a complete loss. he is staying with his daughter and son-in-law. His new phone number is 740-532-6118
