Have my trailer box LineX.

I don't know about the black powder coat temps, but I do know that there is no difference on inside temp of LineX box compared to the inside temp of a regular box in the summer in Alabama after doing heat test.

definitly a good looking box!im surprised about the temps.maybe the linex acts as insulation.dont know.my toolbox is powder coated and it gets pretty hot inside.maybe its because my toolbox is not ventilated.

Well I wouldn't figure heat would be any different then the other black metal boxes that are on outside of wood. But then again you may have a point never really payed any mind to that.

Took it to the local LineX dealer that is about 2 miles from house...............I could have done it myself with a kit but it would have looked like I had done it myself, LOL.
