Home for Stray Coondog

A lady called me today and asked if we knew of anyone missing a coondog. She believes she is a walker or Redtick and is with pups. IF ANYONE is missing a dog or is willing to give her a home please let me know. I don't have much information on her but she is Friendly. Anyone that is looking for a pleasure hound or a pup to train and hunt without papers, please let me know. I'm afraid she will go to the pound if we don't find her a home.

Please PM me if anyone has any information or is willing to give her and a few pups a home. Free to anyone interested.

she has pups with her?or look like she's nursing pups?if so someone has to be looking for her.

Has pups... I think 4 or so. (6 weeks old) She was tied up at this ladies house one morning. Sounds like it was intentional. about 7 weeks ago. She is desperately trying to find them a home.

Ashley, If it's the same one I saw pics of her on facebook, doesn't look like a coonhound. I think she's a coyote dog. I believe it's the same dog I heard of getting dumped close to one of my hunting spots

Thanks guys. And yes i posted it to facebook. and yes i agree someone needs a good butt kickin. Andrew i'm not sure i haven't seen her the lady just called us and i am going off of what Jon and his dad said. Just feel bad and trying to help the lady out. and see if anyone knows of anything. Just sad to see a dog dropped off like that.

People that dump dogs like that should be banned from owning dogs all together!!! They use to tie all kinds of dogs on our horse ranch in Texas and when you got high dollar horses running around, you dont need random dogs tied near them!!! Let alone if you cant care for them then you dont need them!!! I wish you the best of luck, I will tell you this, post an ad to craigslist too, I have seen many people looking for pleasure coon dogs on there!!!
