nite lite smart charger

I have a nite light 28 volt belt light and a 18 volt crystal belt light and I have used the nite lite smart charger on both lights well the light on the charger is green when I plug it into light then it turns red and stays red. Neither light ever charge just wondering if the charger is bad I know there are codes for the lights on the charger but not sure what they are if someone knows what the light codes are please let me know. I just had charged these lights a few days ago with no trouble but after using them to coyote hunt neither will seem to fully charge

that happened to mine..burnt the charger and battery up nite light is garbage

Yeah but I got a good deal on it new a few years ago I need to know what each light sequence means

the charger is junk. Ive got the same light its garbage. My charger did the same thing. It was still under warranty and after fighting with them for about an hour they finally replaced it. But they didnt want to even tho it was 6 months into a 1 year charger warranty.

When my battery burnt up it blinked red then turned solid red.....

Mine turns from green unplugged to solid red and never goes back to green on charge I hope its just the charger

Flashing red means charging, solid red there is an error, solid green is full charged, my first one was junk did about the same thing, nite lite sent me a whole new light and charger, but not without some harsh words spoken by myself, that was 5 years ago, no problems since.
