Zepp's Coon Squaller.

Hi Guys-

I'm needing advice on how to use the Zepp's Lifetime Coon Squaller.
I cant' get it to sound like it is suppose. I've been practicing for a while, but not getting any good coon sounds.
I'm getting the coon to look at me, but I think they are just looking at the weird sound and probably laughing..
I know I'm suppose to flutter my tongue and I am, but it isn't working for me.
If anyone can give me some advice I would appreciate it.
Now If someone could post a video of how to use it That would be even better.
Thanks guys for the help,
Happy Hunting and Merry Christmas.
Jeremy

Sounds like its working if they are looking..If they are laughing at you, they will stop once you hit them with a .22...lol

LOL..
Yeah your right their, but it doesn't sound right.
I've heard other guys using it on video's and mine sounds nothing like it.
Would be nice if I new someone around closer to me that could show me one on one, but i don't, so that is why i asked if someone could tell me or make a video.
I sure appreciate it.
Thanks,
Jeremy

The way i get mine to work is to make a machine gun sound with my tongue like when you were playing army when you were a kid, and I blow in it lightly...I never thought mine sounded right either, then i recorded myself using it, and it sounded pretty good.

Also trying cuping your hand around the end of it, and sort of open and close your hands while your blowing it, to make the pitch different. Hope that helps

Thanks, Matt
I saw where you live in Ohio. I'm in Oak Hill, Ohio 45656
Maybe we can get together and hunt together one night. Then maybe you can show me how to use it properly.
I guess with practice I will get the hang of it.
Thanks again,
