Keep Ed Mead In Your Thoughts Today

Ed is having a heart stent(s) put in today. If necessary, it could end up being heart surgery. I know they have that sort of thing pretty well figured out these days but wishing Ed the best of luck on the procedure and hoping he has a quick recorvery and is back out messing with those pups soon!

Thoughts and prayers to Ed.. got a chance to meet him at Blue Tick days in Angola this spent 4 hours setting in the truck with him
while it was raining. Real nice fella. We talked dogs about 1/2 hour the rest was about our lifes and our familys. We both hunted
dif lines of dogs and not one word from him trying to push his line on me. Or tell me his line was the best out there!! Gained a lot of respect for him. Good luck Ed.

From CW yesterday

Ed Mead
Ed had 3 stints put in today-was told everything went well and that he was sleeping-may get to come home as early as tomorrow if there are no set backs. There may be additional procedures performed after he gets over this. I'm sure if you will make your feelings known to him -that Ed and his family will appreciate it. He has certainly helped a lot of us including me and to me he is truly one of our greats. If you feel the same way then by all means find a way to let the man know it.
