Sportsmix...good stuff

I have to say that this SportsMix in the Black bag has got my dogs looking pretty dang good!

We are feeding a variety of dogs and it has really put some weight and shiny coats on them all. We got the Green bag first and it was OK, some improvement...go the Black bag this time and they havnt even been eating it a week yet and the improvements are Visable!

Hands down best Ive found. Sometimes use the yellow bag in summer if Im not huntn real hard, blue in fall or winter usually. The last year fed black all year just cut them back in the summer. They have plenty of energy and hair looks good.

Bill, where do you buy your sportmix from? I have fed it down here the past year or two and i was really happy with the black bag all year around. Our co-op went from being 20 a bag to 25 a bag within a year so i stopped feeding it. Also, whats the price of it where you buy it from?

We got it here in SC for 22.50 a bag and we are feeding
1 Coonhound, 1 Aussie, 1 Boerboel, 1 Husky and one JRT.

The coonhound and Boerboel i have trouble keeping weight on , they have added weight quite well. The Aussie lost all her pretty long coat after having pups and its filling VERY quickly!

After doing alot of reading on foods and its ingredients and comparing prices..we have found this to be the best for our mixed crew. as well as being cost effective.
The corn content is a little high but all in all its a good food and my guys are doing GREAT on it.

i fed it for awhile but my dogs got to where they didnt like it they started lraving feed in thier bowls i switched to prime they clean it all up so dont think i will ever try it again jmo

I feed the 26/18 and love it..No more messy kennels to clean everyday.. $25.99 for that or the 24/20.
I started a pup on Native and it seems to be working for him just fine, its really changed up his attitude.

Im in Elgin, SC. theres a Feed sotre in Ridgeway, SC ...Salt Pond Feed..

he has bout the best prioce around on it. he said he has a hard time keeping it in too.

I heard about the 40lb bags but my supplier said that is just for the Tractor Supply stores which makes no since to me.. I still get 50's

Now the black bags we just bought are "bonus bags" which make them 50#...so not usre if thats a regular thing or not...either way we would continue to feed...

Anyone near Orangeburg know where to get the black bags down there?

We will be moving bout the first of the year, not actually to OB but down that way.
