28 volt belt lite?

my batteries r junk it got a 2 wire connection and battery terminal sales abattery with a 3 wire conection is the 3rd wire for spot lite or what thanks

The third wire is for a walk light or could be a spot light.

I'm not a 100% but I think it is for the spot light.
