Coon allergy ?

I got a 4 year old cur that catches a lot of coons on the ground . He gets swollen up every time / foot , face or leg . Have to drain it or it seem to never go down . Give him penicillin , dexium and antibiotics every time . He caught a coon last Sunday an his foot to his ankle is still swollen .
None of my other dogs seem to do this ,, Has anybody ever heard or had this happen before ?
