Indiana Hide Season

Just wondering if everyone else is getting antsy? This will be my first season back hunting in about 10 years. I can't wait! I wanted to tell everyone to have a good time and be safe tomorrow night.

Nov 8

November 8 is my favorite day of the year. have not missed an opening night in 33 years. Even when i was in the service i always made it home for opening night. Its going to be kinda warm but i guess thats better than snow.

I cant wait. Ive been shelling corn like crazy on the farm and now im going to hunt all night tomorrow !

Cant wait!!

I can't wait. I switch my days this week so I can hunt till daylight tomorrow. My hound is bout to go nuts. She's been penned up since running season went out. Time to put'em up and drop'em down.

I cant wait, I have been waiting since jan 31 last year. Partner and I got a nice young dog thats gonna need a few rolled out. However its gonna be warm, windy and rainy they are saying .

Got lite charged got batt for garmin boots ready gun oiled ready to go just waiting for dark goog luck guys

Despite the terrible weather we were able to kill 4 last night. The moon was so bright I didn't even need my light to walk and it was 65 degrees. We walked to one tree and I could see the coon without even shinnig it because it was so bright. But it felt great to be in the timber chasing those hounds again.

Treed 10 singles lastnite . 2 out to banjo and the rest out to Fred Bear....he made 9 trees looked at 8 coon and 1 slick. Had fun

I was able to get five and spent a good 4 hours in th woods with my dad. I dont get the opportunity to do that much anymore.

1st night

Kill wise it was not the best night and i got soaked but i was hunting with my brother and a good friend from NC so the good was much better than the bad. I am already looking forward to Nov 8, 2012. Hope you all have a good a season as i am going to have.

My First Fur Season since 1988

Lumber showed My Son, Granddauther, Grandson and me a 100% nite. 1 din 2 bushed 7 larger trees 11 coon, on damage control farms. Farmer says, what goes up comes down. We even stopped came home, changed pups, went back out and was home 2am.

No Rain here until 2am

We stopped hunting as the rain came in around 2am. I catch cold easy don't hunt much at all in the rain, fair weather hunter.

It was rainy here. Got pretty cold too. I hunted until 3 . But took an hour break earlier at about 9

Had fun took my little cousin out with me, lady looked good she treed 11 coon shot out 9 and was home by 11:15 and up for work at 4 lol
