first thing i wouldnt put 2 dogs in 1 kenell then feed them toghter when a pup gets old enough to wean seaprate them you started the problem yourself by feeding them both in the same pen not bashing you just think you made a bad choice good luck

they are pups, but the best thing you can do for them is feed them in different places.

had this happen with 2 of my dogs 6 years ago old dog jumped on the young dog over feed...neitherone are or were or became aggressive so dont sweat that part but i have never had 2 dogs in a pen since

i kept 2 dogs and i would have one tied out and one in a cage but the one on the line got in the cage and they fought over food and i got bit....best thing separate them when feeding or try to split cage into 2 diff sections

EXACTLY!!! Although it isn't really good practice to feed them together they SHOULD be able to without fighting. Those dogs are setting a pecking order and you need to teach them right quick that you're the undisputed leader of that pack and you don't tolerate that nonesense.

I have 2 kennels with 2 dogs in it and feed them in seperate bowls and 1 kennel has a female and 3 3mth old pups and i feed hem together and have no problems . Just get 2 bowls or two short 18in chains with hooks and clip one on one side and one on the other .

I have allways fed dogs in the same yard together but in seperate bowls 10' apart and they better not have a problem or I win the fight. But in a pen together is asking a bit much. In that deal I would put them on a short chain or stand between them with a piece of heavy wall 3/4 in. PVC pipe with that foam rubber insulation around it and duck taped on. It makes it like a boxing glove. Doesn't break a bone but does make a lasting impression if used right.

It's easier to feed them separate but, they should be able to get along. There's no reason to accept any sort of aggression. They are dogs , take control.

I am nit a professional by any means but I did raise greyhounds. I Leroy 4 to a pen fed them together boxed together when hunting. They would fight till the death at first but they quickly learned I would not put up with it. I have always keep dogs together in pens hounds beagles coyotehounds and greyhounds. But greys are the only ones I have had trouble with. But I would definitely give them separate bowls.

VERY SIMPLE FIX, JUST FASTIN A SHORT PIECE OF CHAIN TO FENCE AND CLIP ONE DOG TO ONE SIDE AND OTHER TO THE OTHER, WHEN THEY FINISH TAKE BOWLES OUT OF PEN THEN RELEASE DOGS, DO THIS WHILE YOU CLEAN KENNELS AND YOU ARE DONE.

Lesson one! Never , ever , ever stick your hand in a dog fight. That will stop your problem the quickest.

first thing all you need is a whiffle ball bat...put feed in pan and play referee..they need to know they arent allowed to act that way under any circumstance..bat dont hurt em at all just loud and they will listen
