Iams Sporting 29/19

Anyone feeding the Iams Sporting 29/19? I am not asking what everyone is feeding or which is best or to debate corn vs no corn.Just simply if anyone is feeding this and what they think.

Saw it last night at Walmart. It is 29/18.

35lbs for $35 with second ingredient corn meal.

Kinda pricey with having corn as opposed to 40lbs Extreme Athlete 40lbs $30.99 - no corn.

Not trying to make it a corn debate, but the price with corn is the reason I didn't pick up a bag to try.

I only feed one dog EA and the rest are on a feed that does have corn meal in it.

Wonder if others are comparing cost/LBS/ingredients and not giving it a try for the same reasons????

Iams

I just finished feeding 1 bag to my walker female. Now I have to feed her something to get her back looking good. She looks very poor, had to keep feeding it till gone for what I paid for it. Not saying its bad feed, but I will NEVER feed it again. Can anyone help with what to feed her to get her looking good agin???

IM GOING TO PICK UP A BAG OF IT TOMMORROW. TRYING NEW DOG FOOD DEPENDS ON SEVERAL DIFFERENT FACTORS . IS YOUR HOUND IS GOOD SHAPE ? IS IT ALLERGIC TO CORN ? IF YOU ARE HUNTING YOUR DOG 5,6 OR 7 NITES A WEEK THEN I WOULD SUGGEST A FEED WITH MORE PROTEIN AN FAT SUCH AS A 30/20 OR A 32/22 BECAUSE YOUR HOUND IS BURNING THREW ALOT OF ITS STORED FAT RESERVES. IF YOU ARE HUNTING 3 TO 5 NITES THEN A 30/20 WOULD BE BEST. IF YOUR LIKE ME AN ITS 2 TO 3 NITES A WEEK THEN A 29/19 OR 26/18 IS FINE. WHEN TRYING A NEW FEED THE FIRST THING I LOOK AT IS THE PRICE. YOU CAN HAVE THE BEST FEED ON THE PLANET BUT IF ITS PRICED TO HIGH I AINT BUYING IT. NEXT I LOOK AT THE INGREDENTS TO SEE IF ITS A QUALITY DOG FEED. LAST IF I CHOOSE TO BUY SOME I WILL TRY IT OUT FOR AT LEAST A MONTH TO SEE HOW MY HOUNDS LOOK, FEEL, AN MOST IMPORTANT HOW THEY HUNT OFF THE FEED.WEITHER THEY HAVE MORE ENERGY OR LESS. I MAY NOT HUNT MANY NITES A WEEK BUT I HUNT ALOT OF HOURS WHEN I DO. USUALLY AROUND 6-8 HRS IN THE WINTER AN 5-6 IN THE SUMMER.
