What y'all think about them TRACKMAN hounds
I got four or five buddy's down here in the deserts of Texas hunting them and we ain't seen water since Noah built the ark. Them hounds still treeing two to four a night.
I've only hunted with 1. Was judging a cast and she was on it. Squeaky mouth on track, good loud chop on tree. Hard to believe it was same dog treeing based on track mouth.
Circled a lot of trees that night.

Is this the same female im thinking about Virgil,if so she did have a good mouth on tree.
i have hunted with several others, had decent mouths but a few of them would pull off there tree to another dog if it barked close to them also. NOT saying ALL are like that though.

How do you keep em from falling in them cracks in the earth? Y'all treeing em around the cattle vats where they are hoping for a sip of water? Ain't hard to find one like that. Even a TRACK MAN can do it.

My ain't either Tha kids doing it with the worse tracking conditions in the world
Mine ain't for sale either. Proably the most enjoyable dog I have ever owned. If all the dogs the rest of my life were like this Trackman female, I would be one happy fellow.

You'll see good and bad in them. When there's that many females being bred you're gonna see different results. I've seen some nice ones and some that were scorecard dogs, depends on what you like.
Drew out with a 10Mos. old trackman pup last year that impressed me. Big mouth, the right combination on trackdog and treedog and had enough brains to do his own thing and ignore the tree monster in the cast. Didnt beat me but he had the tools.

I got a nine month old male out of insane cane and a female out of trackman and I have to say he's goin to be a good one
Like him or not you got to give TRACKMAN credit. His pups are winning! He's on the Current and Historical Reproducing Lists, and is leading in Performance Sire points.

I owned 3 good track and super tree dogs sold all 3 for top money and have hunted with many in the hunts and ill say 70% are nice hounds.happy hunting j lewis
I decided to get rid of the one I had after one night she couldn't not finish 4 different tracks, then took to running down the road to me too a barking hound tied up in someone's yard. When she did tree there it was more often than not empty except for the leaves on it. I also hunted with a different female and watched her make 5 slick trees in one night. Million dollar mouths and real tree dogs but not my style. I know there are good ones out there but that was my experience.

>not a fan of the trackman pups ive seen.
BUT i have hunted with several off Hardwood Cornell(off trackman) and i liked every one of them Real mouths, real tree dogs that got to themselves ....what people dont realize is , when your training a tree dog , your going to walk to some slick trees , a natural born tree dog is going to miss, its your duty to train on them or just dont bother hunting a tree dog....Big Difference in a dog that gets slick and a dog that cant run a track
I Personally WONT own one off trackman, His pups are sure winning the hunts though, i will give him that. and Im sure as many as there are out there ; Im sure there would be a couple that i would like...but the several i seen just werent my cup of tee

I've got a dual gr female that I would sell but I would have a lot less debt when I was done and another Trackman dog to try and replace her with. Have owned two and hunted with several. For the most part he throws nice dogs but like posted earlier, every good female in the country has been bred to him. Good females make a good stud look great.
I dont know about all of em but camped near the treed tv at oaks
An i would give thousands to have a hound that locates like cold sweat!! Sinds sihivers down my spine!!!
Got 2 of them one is third gen. Wont sell ethier one

I also have two of them.. I have a 2 1/2 year old out of trackman, and I have to say, she seems pretty darn accurate, and has a booming mouth! I haven't walked to a slick yet, but every hard tree dog has a few, and I'm sure ill eventually get one or two. I also have a 4 month old male out of Ride. He seems to be a very sensible dog, and I'm very excited to get him in the woods! He looks exactly like his granddaddy! BIG!! So I must say, with what I've gathered, and my luck... I've been quite happy with them.
I have owned 2 young males off Trackman, I finished one to night champion and the other had a 2nd place on him. My honest opinion is that Trackman seems to be consistently throwing whole package coondogs, from good mouths, looks, HARD hunt when turned loose, even to running decent tracks. The reason I will never own another one is because of the slicks! The one male I had would have nights where he would make 7 trees and all were slick! The other, the Nitech, was better about it but if he made 5 trees in a night you could expect AT LEAST 1 of them to be slick. Maybe I'm just too picky but I have hunted accurate dogs, and I don't think a dog should slick every night, especially in the summer when I'm breaking my neck searching leafy trees that I don't even know if the bugger is there or not. I have heard this from a lot of people who have owned them. JMO
