drags
how many times a week can i work a dog on a drag?
I tried drags with my first dog and it didn't help a thing. I came to the conclusion that the old timers were right put them on coon in the woods. My second dog I walked him in a hot location for a while until he figured out what he was supposed to be doing. Good Luck

I would use something that gets the drag away from you (fishing pole) or your pup will be tracking your scent instead of the coon. I do something with a hide with my pups everyday that may be to much but when they are ready for the woods there are no more drags JMO. Crump said it when they are big enough for the woods buy you a new pair of boots and start a walking.
