Coyote hunting? Breed?

I am in Western Pa. I will run blocks from 50 to 2000 acres. With some hardtop roads around. Small number of guys (1-3). Maybe only 2-3 dogs. I hope to run fox as much as coyote. I don't care how they die (shot, bay, fight). I would like to freecast hounds year round.

What breed would be best? All opinions welcome.

Running Walkers, Plotts, Black and Tan, PennMarDel......

stefan i run running walkers on yotes in ohio and they cant run a yote in the summer in the day time.A yote don't leave as muchscent as other critters and what they do leave burns off in the sun real quick. They can and do run good at night.Just thought I would let you know that before you go any further thinking you could run in the day during summer.Running in the winter is a blast though.
