Orange County Coon Hunters Club-July 31, 2011 Event

SUNDAY, JULY 31, 2011
ORANGE COUNTY COON HUNTERS CLUB
Location address: 21473 Clarke Mt. Road Rapidan, VA 22733

50/50 NON-LICENSED DOG EVENTS
Grade Dogs can enter in every event- NO PROOF OF REGISTRATION REQUIRED

KITCHEN WILL BE OPEN

Member Meeting at 12:30pm

Bench Show DEADLINE-2:00pm ENTRY FEE-$5 Dogs must be entered as one of the seven coonhound breeds
50% of bench show entry fees go to overall winner in bench show and 50% of entry fees go to the club

FREE KIDS BENCH SHOW TO FOLLOW

*Treeing Contest DEADLINE -3:00pm ENTRY FEE-$5 50% of treeing contest entry fees go to overall winner in treeing contest and 50% of entry fees go to the club

*Water Race DEADLINE-4:30pm ENTRY FEE-$5 ~Overall line and overall tree winner in Water Race will split the 50 % of water race entry fees (EX. if 20 dogs are entered at $5 per dog; overall line winner would get $25 and overall tree winner would get $25)

*Raccoon scent will be used

Orange County Coon Hunters Club and/or property owners are not responsible for loss, accidents or theft. Absolutely no alcoholic beverages, gambling, firearms or illegal drugs will be allowed on the grounds or while participating in the events or in the building the day of this event.

Cool picture!

We had a good time at Western VA Coonhunters last weekend. The bear events were neat to watch.

Yep the Bear Did Fool some Hounds !!!! I about Killed My Hounds Tho !!

He was Hurtin quite bad The Bungies were tangled and He hit the end of the chain very hard !!

Steve.....Is that "Air Frosty" ??? That dude launches like no other I've ever seen......would probably do darn well in a distance competition, Heck, if there were a coon on the other end there's no telling how much hang time he'd get !!! LOL !!!

It was hot but we had a good turn out. Thanks to Darrell Sturgell for judging the bench show, also thanks to Moon Struck Hunting Supplies for setting up, the club really appreciates all ya'lls help. Thanks to everyone who attended, we appreciated it!

Bench Show had 8 entries.
Treeing contest had 5 entries.
Water Race had 6 entries.

We will try to get pictures up in a day or two.

It was HOT!!!!

but we had a good time.

Rocket, Adonis & DeeDee all enjoyed the water race :-)
