Helping a dog's mouth?

Does anyone have any experience using a product or medicine that helps a dog's voice from going horse quickly? or possibly making them louder?....If so what seems to work best?

are you serious? ive got one now that barked himself out from a bitch in heat. ive had a no-bark on him and gave him ammoxicillan and also la-200 orally and nothing seems to help.. how many times you give mustard before you get there mouth back??

The best luck I've had is PREDISONE.
10 days 1 tablet each day.
5 days 1/2 tablet each day.
5 days 1/4 tablet each day.
Always do the complete treatment, even if their voice improves before you finish the 20 day treatment.
You usually can get it from a vet. It is a steroid, not very expensive.
I have had good luck with it.

I hate the be "that guy" but nothing will help a dog's mouth...nothing. If they barked themselves out or just have a poor mouth, you need to live with what they have. Sorry, that's just the way it is.

if they never had a mouth you are correct sir but if they just barked themselves down if you start quick enough you can improve it most times... if you can treat them and keep them quite

So what you saying is there is no need to help a dog out from time to time....just let him bark his self out and do nothing about it....h*** my buddy had a b&t female sounded horrible and fed her some meds for a few weeks didnt get a horn on her but got better

This will work the best. The bad thing about a dog that has barked himself out is that most of the time you will have the voice going out again and again. Once they damage the voice, it just is hard to get it back and keep it.

Thanks for the tips and help everyone but the voice DID come back and it came back better than before maybe mostly b/c this happened under a year old and still growing....and the past month and a half she has gone from nothing to a nitech with 2wins towards grand.

USUALY 2 OR 3 DAYS IT SHOULD BE MUCH BETTER, PLAIN OLD CHEAP CHERRY COUGH SERUP IS ALSO VERY GOOD.
SOME OLDER PEOPLE WILL REMEMBER WHEN A PERSON WOULD GET A SORE THROGHT THEY WOULD MAKE A POLLIS OF YELLOW MUSTARD AND PUT ON A RAG AND TIE ARROUND YOUR NECK.

It's hard to believe

but the mustard works. I've used 5 cc in the past. Keep the dog quiet in the kennel too.

put the dog up and keep him quite for about 10 days.thats what i do with my dog and its always worked with her. someimes a dogs mouth want ever be as loud once they bark theirself out.
