Need oppinions

My walker female came out of heat a while ago and within the last month she has gotten all saggy under her belly. Almost like she has milk but she definatly doesn't.

Any oppinion on what it could be? She is only 3 years old.

My old female used to have a false pregnancy like that sometimes. It was very aggravating.

Well its been a few months since she's been in.. I'm just not understanding why I can't get her to drop that saggy belly.. I was hunting her hard and it didn't seem to bother her a bit but she's acting weird now.

my uncle had a bird dog that had false pregnancies after every heat cycle. I don't know much about it just know some dogs go through it.
