Stretch dog out a little. ( back feet need to be 4/5 inches further back )
Dog needs a little more weight
Good thing is You have a nice looking dog , and a desire to show it properly. If it has correct bite, and all its male parts I'm certain You'll do well.
Thanks for posting.... I think that I need to change food on him or some thing he gets hunted alot and I just cant seem to get any wight to stay on him.

Looks like a pretty nicely made dog from the side view. I like that he has a little more angulation in the rear than a lot of English dogs I've seen do. As has already been suggested, I'd stretch him out a little more in the rear. Not TOO much or you'll lose that nice rear angle. From the picture he also looks to have nice muscle tone, which is something I like to see on hounds. Pinching him up under chest may help his feet tighten up a bit, but they aren't unacceptable as they are. To me the feet don't look loose, but rather the dog may just have longer toes (not nails, actual toes). In terms of head/neck position I think he'll look even better when he has learned to hold his own head...then the head/neck shouldn't be as scrunched back.
Good luck! If he's straight front and back, and you get his coat and body condition straightened up a little bit he should be fun for you to show.

The main thing that caught my eye (and it might just be the color) is the hollow behind the eyes like he is just getting over being sick. Dehydrated. The other thing is the second "stop" on top of his head.

Overall not a bad dog and good advice given. Slick him up either with new food or more food. If he's hunted alot he may need a little more food . If he's a good eater try feeding him again when you come in from hunting or if that's the normal feeding then feed again at a good interval from that feeding. Watch him and if he starts looking like you think he should then adjust the amount of food before he gets fat .
Practise a few minutes a day until he gets the idea what you want from him. From that point try to fine tune anything you think needs work because when it gets tight those little things are what makes the difference.

multiple feedings maybe increase amount, use good quality, also i have one that was getting thin (not hunting) and i added crackins to his feed and also can/pouch wet food (chunky w/ gravy). put wt on him in a week. he was/is fed 2x day. cracklins are in grocery store near where they have the country ham and stuff.

he has not been sick and eyes are good he just got done with a bath right before the picture was taken. I might add the picture was snapped a little early I was lifting on this neck and head and think thats why he looks like he as a second "stop" on his head he's got a nice head. I just changed dog food on him I will try to get some more wight on him. He eats all he wants at feeding time and has about a cup of food left when he is done. I really ant starving him and he gets wormed when he needs. He lost 13 pounds when we started hunting him hard this summer.
this is what he was looking like before.

How do you teach a dog to hold its head where you want it? my dogs always want to be looking around behind them off to the side any little thing that moves or makes a nosies.

I notice in every pic. You are holding the dogs head. At first I just thought it was coincedence, now I realize thats how Your training them. If You think about what Your doing You'll realize Your training the dog to be held in place. That does not work because as soon as You quit holding him he thinks show time's over, why wouldn't he think that, it's what You taught Him.You need to start snapping the head in place and then releaseing it,You may need to leave Your hand by( but not on) his head to correct him if He starts to move.At first You will be repositioning His head a lot, until He learns that he needs to hold it there on His own.
As for distractions, You should start show training in a quiet place. The key word here is start!! Once the dog knows the basics You'll need to start working Your way up to more and more exposure to distractions while being shown. One of the easiest is a radio tuned to some talk show or news (not music) When Your dog can have very loud radio setting under show bench Your makeing progress.Always push the dog just a little further than He would like,You can tell when he's had enough, but make Him show just a little bit more. That way You'll start seeing Him giveing a little more with each session.
Your female is stretched a little to far, which is pulling Her down in front. She is trying very hard to do what You want is why She hasen't moved Her front feet but Your about to cause Her to have to.If You imagine a straight line down from the base of the tail and place the tips of the rear feet toes at this point on the bench You will have nearly all dogs stretched correctly.

It says in the rule book that a male dog has to have both testicals.
