Dog Allergies

My 3yr old female has been running tracks and not been able to tree, sometimes running tracks for over an hour. This is not like her at all and she has never done this before. Some one told me it could be allergies to give her a little bit of kids benaldryl, can this be?

well, only one way to be absolutely sure if it is allergies...have her tested. blood test at vet. would be interesting to see if an allergy caused a dog to run a long track.
