registration help.

I own an English Mastiff female. She was born on October 29,2002. Her parents are UKC and I got her from a local breeder here in Sacramento/Elk Grove. His first name was Nickolas and I think I can still find his home if I had to. I lost the green UKC registration form I was suppost to send in to register her. If I have to hunt down my breeder again I will, but I hope you might have some record of my dog. Her father is brindle and her mom is fawn. My Mastiff is fawn and she currently weights 135 pounds. Thank you for your question. Download our Duplicate application at http://www.ukcdogs.com/rg/pdf/dupapp.pdf Be sure to read all instructions carefully. Duplicate papers are issued only to the registered owner on our records. If the registered owner and the current owner are not the same, than the current owner needs to ask the registered owner to request the duplicate. When the registered owner receives it, it can be signed over to the current owner. You will need to download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader if you haven't already.
