garmin & hunt question

if you are sitting in the truck on a cast spectating & cast is gone huntin can spectator use a garmin to see where dogs are & keep up with what dogs are doing ??

Nope. Sure wish it was allowed but it isn't.
Rule 20: "may not be used by handlers or spectators."
Allen clarified on another thread (the RQE post) that those at the truck are spectators and fall under all the rules that apply to spectators.
