dc-20 problems!

I have a DC-20, it was redone for the collar. It will transmit for 50yds. and quit. I was wondering if anyone else has this issue. Then after we hunted last night I went to turn it off and a dim blue light stayed on. Anyone know anything bout them?

Never used a dc 20 but I had a dc30 to do this and I had to send it back have u tried calling garmin they really helped me with another one I had
