Walker Assc question on a Sectional

I sent our request with 75 dollars to Giddings for a Walker Sectional on Oct 1 in Danville Ind 2 months ago. I have not heard back and need confirmation before filling out UKC Confirmation Invoice. Can someone please confirm. I dont know who to call or get a hold of.

Brad, Give Rob a Call or ask the Treasurer of your club if the check has cleared. If it did then you have a sectional for October 1st. We Appreciate your club holding a sectional and best of luck with it. But Rob does not send out anything to your club until about three to four weeks prior to the event. Hope this helps.
