Puppies registration papers

I got my puppies registration papers back and the birthday is wrong. What do I do. The puppies are ready to find homes. Could you please write back as soon as possible. Thank you .

Return the papers and include a small note indicating what the error is. Write "Corrections" on the outside of the envelope. If there has been a UKC error, it will be corrected for you immediately.
