You ever tried Nitro shells? Best thing I ever used. I use a 20ga in straight 7s but they make a blend of 4s 5s and 7s for a 12ga I think.

The nitro shells are nasty i was shooting 3 half 4x5 copper with 7 heav mixed in...shot a bird in some palms one day and after the bird feel you could look at where it was and see a hole that the shot had cleared out and even watch the pattern getting bigger as it got out futher...there alil more as far as price goes but it a good shell and worth the money i think. Here is there web http://www.nitrocompany.com/success.htm

The Mag Blend will not give the pattern count that the hevi-7 loads will and from what I have shot and heard from others is not as consistent as the straight 7 or 6 loads. check out www.oldgobbler.com forum go to shotgun section loads of pattern pics and shell/choke combo's for most used turkey guns today. any combo you think of somebody on there is probably tested it already. I am currently shooting Nitro company hevi-7's with Pure Gold 675 a 835, I have a 11-87 20 with Hevi-shot 7's and a 555 Indian creek, I have a Mossy 500 20 g shooting Nitro company 7's with a 555 PG, and a 11-87 12g shooting a 660 IC with Hevi-7's..... here's a few clips from last spring
