For real. HAd it the last couple of years. Taste a little like roast beef, little bit stronger little greasyer. Had about 100 plates served last year.

Up North, the old guys used to call that a "swamp Rat & Whistle Pig" feast! The "whistle pig", was a cabbage roll filled with rice and ground meat, covered with a red sauce. They call them Pigs in the Blankets. LOl Good stuff!
