What's your thought?

Heated kennal floors in your dog box. I took heat tape for freezing pipes & coiled it on a peice of ply wood and tacked it up under my kennal box It has worked very well. It comes on when the temp get's below freezing . The wood dose not get too hot it keeps a nice warm floor in cold weather. Any thoughts on the idea. Just thought I would share the idea..

Just don't know how much heat it would give off through plywood. Then through the bedding.

When ,I put my hand on the floor it feels like it is around 65* but that is with bare ply wood. Just trying to better the living for the dogs that work so hard for me. I insulated the boxes on my one kennal & I will do so on any that I make down the road. thanks....
