1999 ford explorer..great shape, no title

this car is in top condition but no title ever got passed down. the motor sounds prefect with no knocks but the cat converters are off b/c they went bad and got clogged. I am gettin into coon hunting and in need of traking/lights/boots and other equipment. Please pm i can send pix or w.e u want
