Lacross boots. Any problems?????

I have owned 7 to 8 pairs .I really like the boot . As a rule I get 1 year useage out of one pair. So I bought my 7 year old son a pair. He had them tore all to shreds in about 5 months. I put miles on my boots all year around. I need to get him another pair but im wondering if there going to hold up for the money. any thoughts,or problems with the youth boots from your kids. Thanks. D.E.

Lacrosse Boots

Donald
I agree!
I would think you could get more wear out of them than 5 months.
I usually make a pair leak in alittle over a year, but I also wear the Camo off of them too. I wear them all Seasons, Spring turkey through deer season!
I do know if they are left in the sun it will cause them to breakdown fast.
My boys always grew out of thiers!
Thier not perfect, but the Alpha Burleys are pretty nice!
I don't like the NEW price on them though! Ouch!

go with Muck boots they are more durable and there is a bigger selection for the type of boot. I have had a couple pair of Lacross boots and with climbing trees bow hunting every day of season they start leaking in 2 months

I have had a pair of Burleys for over 10 yrs now and still going strong. Use them all year long!!!
I think the all green boots last way longer than the camo for some reason.
As far as Muck boots go, they wont last me 6 months in the terrain i hunt. They cant take the heavy briar abuse!

Just my opinion!!

THEY PROBABLY SOLD OUT!

I myself cant bad mouth my pair of LaCROSSE had em goin on 5yrs only wore fer deer huntin dont put a thumpin on em like you do---been wearn em rabbit huntin---cause got a new pair of Muck woodys and only got to wear em fer 3hrs in muzzelloader season and most of that time wuz dragin. I think im goina like em---comfort-traction-they are warm lite on the feet! Ive owned alot of boots in my Life and what ive found out is when you go to buy another pair of the same boots and they wear like a wet paper bag the reasoning fer that is sad the company has sold out and they are makin em in hongkong----once again thank Ronald R...... he is to blame!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
