Ice Snow I take my hat of to you guys up north
We got hit hard over the weekend with the white stuff and as you might think we are not use to it. Well at least I am not use to it, would quit if i had to put up with the weather like it is now down here do not see how in the world a person could keep dogs outside all winter long up north.
OK see yawl at the Winter Classic.

Like the guys say, what choice do you have. I don't much any more but it is what is for us and the coon. If you think about it we wouldn't have any coon if they didn't move in the snow. They gotta get around and breed no matter where they are. Some of those young coon are still growing when the weather gets bad and have to hustle for some food to get by a little more than old ones. Ice on top would be the worst and you southern guys lean toward ice with that on and off weather more than we do I think.
H. L. we'll be down in a couple weeks and I'd be glad to pick you up a snow shovel and bring it along.
Hard to believe but
I still got some of that white stuff in the yard today.
Thanks Dale but no thanks, rather have some sunny days and clear nights. Did go hunting and put one out, dogs looked fair.
See yawl in a week or so. H L Meyer

snow sucks
but the dogs love it??
cabin fever normally gets the best of us. went out thrus night dogs ran a good mile before hitting a track and treed a den. it was in the teens and snowing but it was fun but difficult hunting off a snowmobile lol

Took my dogs out Friday night for the first time since snow. While walking to the tree saw another set of human footprints in the snow and someone else had been to the same den this week. I like the snow for a day or two but I got a belly full of it now. My hats of to you guys that deal with it regularly.

Gona do a little morning hunting
Fixing to take a pup to the woods this morning pretty good morning temp around 33 with rain later in the day. AS FAR AS THE SNAKES AND GATORS i DON'T LIKE THEM EITHER most of the time they are bad in places and not so bad in others that WHITE stuff is hard to deal with all the time.gone hunting see you at the W/C. O yea got my conformation numbers in for the hunt from U K C Friday. gota go see yea. H L
