Frivolous Lawsuit???????????

I am hoping you are being sarcastic and it's only a joke to you about it being frivolous.

Then again, we have folks on here proud to admit they voted Obama.

so if they were free and clear of any and all mistakes they make, than who should pay for em?i got an idea, lets give everyone free reigns, lawyers, car mechanics,of course every single business in the U.S.,lets hold noone acountable for anything he/she does wrong, the reason i had a stroke is because the doctors missed a clot on a brain MRI,i didn't anyone cause ultimately it was my fault that i was in the predicament that i was in,BUT if the doctors had done their jobs correctly they woulda seen the clot before i had a very life altering stroke,so who's fault was that?i had great insurance?and also i evedently i had a great surgeon, probably the insurance company more than anyone they don't like payin for nuthin.

That doesn't make any sense. A roofer can get sued, a carpenter, a truck driver, landscape architect, a small business can get sued if you trip or slip in there parking lot.
But a doctor who works in clean well lit conditions with a staff supporting him should just be let off the hook when he amputates the wrong leg, or prescribes a dose of meds so incorrectly that they become lethal, or takes such a shoddy look at your charts [he needs to get to a golf game] that he misses a detail that costs you your life?
No reason a doc needs any more protection than the rest of us.

doctors are just likeanybody they make mistakes to but some times thier mistakes can be very devastateing on a person now days thats all people want to due is sue others then you have theses lawyers on tv advertising to call them if you took or take certin meds and such that is why doctors charge so much and normal working people cant afford health ins this new ins package is going to put small bussines out of bussiness i have no medical ins now so i cant buy my meds or go to the doctor till i have money to pay my nurouglist doc is 125 dollars to see him unemploeyment run out trying to get my disabilty now for all my health problems they sending me to 2 differnt dotors other than my 2 regular docs been 2 mons now god only knows how long they fight a working man i know people on it that aint got nothing like i got never fought them but then they never workedso they just give to them jmo

What was that doctor thinking? Should have done the surgery that was in the chart and talked to the guy later about the cancer problem. Waking up to 'Mr. Johnson' has left the building would be a nightmare. What do you do after that? Dang skippy I would sue the Dr.

.

Surely the OP is kidding, surely.

Yea I was kidding but some argue it, Id say this guy will be rich but if it was me I doubt I would ever see a penny of it, I would probably get in some big trouble over that. Terrible, Doc must have been Drunk Or On Pills, Something.

funny you should mention a golf game,my dad told me that he talked too the doctor who done the surgery,he said he was pi$$ed he had too miss his golf game and come in on call and do brain surgery,he did do a rather good job,i'm still here to talk to you guys,it wasn't the surgery he messed up,it was the lack of my insurance paying for another MRI that would have caught the blood clot that would have prevented the surgery from having too take place, that's what ticks me off.and i didn't try and sue noone, figured i had it comin,it was my fault.
