Need Help!!!!

i have a 2 year old male walker that runs and trees with other dogs and has treed them by himself. sometimes he stay at the tree and sometimes he runs around sniffing and always comes back to the tree. Any tips on how to get him to stay at the tree so i can start comp. hunting him?
