Foreign Registry

I have a question on a couple of foreign registries. I have been looking at some stunning german shepherds recently in Europe/Germany. Can you please tell me if any of these registries is accepted by the UKC? It is all very confusing to me, there seem to be so many, I do not know which ones are acceptable and which are not! Here they are
DSV (Schaferhunde Verein)
DRC ( Deutsche Rassehunde Club)

FCI registries only from Germany. Look for the seal on the papers.

Thanks a bunch! It seems that in some other countries, the shepherd has been broken down into many sanctions. It can be very confusing, and I would hate to pay to import a dog that I cannot register!
