Question about tri tronic classic 70

I have a Tri Tronic Classic 70 and when you turn the collar on and put it on a dog sometimes it shut's itself off, Ive even charged it to full charge and sometimes you can turn it on and if you turn it a certain way it will go off but if you just loosen one of the screw's a bit it will come right back on and I was just wondering if anyone else has ever had this problem? it is an older unti but it has only been used about a dozen time's thanks any information will be helpfull trucoonhunter@yahoo.com
