-- My hubby is a HERO! (http://forums.ukcdogs.com/showthread.php?threadid=395507)

My hubby is a HERO!

http://dailyitem.com/0100_news/x201...n-Snyder-County

This happened on Thursday night, the man has since come home from the hospital. He has lost all memory of his family and friends, but is alive thanks to Frank. Please keep Bill in your prayers.

Hubby is gonna kick my butt for putting this on here, but I can't help it, I'm proud of him! Everyone called it a Christmas miracle and I truly believe it was!

Good work, Frank. You deserve all of the credit you get for your efforts.

I sometimes coon hunt with a couple of our local electric linemen and I would do anything I could to help them in any way I could. They do a great job and I have seen them working under unbelievable conditions.

Thanks. We try very hard to live by the motto 'Do unto others as you would have done to you'. Hunter said on Christmas morning 'Daddy and Mom, you made Christmas possible for another family because you weren't afraid to get involved'! I'm just thankful we had the training to know what to do, and yes, fat women CAN run, I did LOL, to get the radio and then look for a blanket to cover him, we had none in the vehicles, so I took my coat off to cover him, LOL, in my fuzzy purple slippers too. Funny thing was, it was 20 degrees out and blowing like crazy and I wasn't cold. I just think what could of happened if Frank was a few minutes later, it would have been a sad out come.

I also feel guilty cause when he said he was going out to drive around and look, I grumbled to myself 'Oh sure, gotta go play Mr. Fireman and drive $10 worth of gas away.' It wasn't but 3 minutes later he called me and told me get to him NOW and said why. Yeah, that crow tasted pretty good, LOL, great with a little salt and pepper!

English Babe
Its good he came along, once in my life when I was a teen ager, I had a very bad car wreck and nearly died, I lost 50 percent of my blood, and had several cuts and broken bones.
I am thankfull that it was a one car wreck and no one else was injusred or killed.
A man came along and found me, and got me to the hospital where The saved my life.
Every time I see him, I thank him.
That man gave me my life back, and now I have a Family, My Children, and my wife.
If he didnt come along, I would have missed so much.
That man is my Hero, My Heros name is Jeff Cox Your husband Is just like him, so he is also a Hero. Thank God for Men like your Husband who are willing to go out of his way to help people in thier time of need.
They are like Gardian Angels.

Good one. "Whatsover you do to the least of these you have done unto me." Jesus said that. Thanks for blessing that man and his family. My guess is that the Lord was stirring your husband to get up and move when the power went off. The fact that he is the sort to train to be an EMT shows he is a good man to have around.

Last I heard anything was pretty much what the second article said. He is home and recouping, still very little memory left, but health wise doing good. We are hoping to go see him when Frank gets in off the road on his next break. Might be next weekend, not sure, Frank is AL right now with a load.
