Trash breakers?
How did they break trash running way back when, without todays electronics?
i think the folks back then seen the trash as food. no need to break.

DILLER DOGS
Back when I was young I used a 3 ft. piece of plastic hose 3/4" dia. and lots of running. I was faster back then. LOL! One problem some of the dogs I had back then were to. My first (E-collar) was a 20 foot electric wire attached to a leather collar with 2 screws punched through the collar, attached to the electric collar, which in turn was hooked to a Model "T" coil. Worked good on skunks and slow trash except for the smell as you had to get pretty close to what ever you were breaking them from. Not good for fox, deer and other fast game unless you could run as fast as the dog.LOL!

HOME OF GOODTIME KENNEL
WHERE WE SHOW ON THE HARDWOOD
This just happened a couple of years ago, and we had Tri-Tronics on both dogs involved. We were hunting one night and we had two black and tans, one is now a very well known and big time black dog, and the other is now a grand nite too, but these two idiots took of burnin a deer through the middle of a field, they were both young so we decided to just let them run it until they wore themselves out and gave up because we've broke dogs like that before. But these two dogs ran this deer and it made two rounds right in front of us, and on the third round its tongue was hangin out and it was dripping blood from the mouth, they were about ready to catch that S.O.B and they weren't giving up, so we snuck down the hill and hid behind two trees right by where the deer ran, when those idiots got right beside us we jumped out, hooked them up and began whoopin A$$!!!!!! One dog never ran deer again that i know of, i went huntin with the other one a few nights ago and he was still doin his same old tricks.

not being smart but if you had collars on them you should have just stood there and put the juice to them they would have thought the deer done it to them now that you thrased thier butts they know you did it to them back in the old days thats all us poor hunters could do i never owned a shock collar untill i got a hard headed beagle about 7 yrs ago would have loved to have one back in my young days jmo
